Sweet Mini Peppers and Spinach Dip...Yummy!!

So I decided to cut down on as much carbs as I can and this is one of the recipes I came up with for a snack.
Very easy to make... Just get some mini sweet peppers and stuff them with your favorite prepared spinach and artichoke dip ( i like spicy so I sprinkle hot pepper flakes on them).  Put them in a pie dish and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Peppers are cooked but still firm enough to hold as finger food, enjoy!

The garden is edged, 

and annuals planted,

gazebo is up,

and seating arranged,
